The fish fry has long been part of Wisconsin culture. After Catholic guidelines changed in the mid-1960s, the tradition of going out for fish on Friday had already become deeply established.
Today, Friday night fish fry remains a popular year-round tradition in Wisconsin for people of many backgrounds, and Jose’s brings its own Mexican-style spin to the experience.
